50-9-1. FAA determination of no hazard to be provided to commission before construction or alteration of structure--Violation as misdemeanor.A person or organization that has obtained a Federal Aviation Administration determination of no hazard, shall provide the determination to the commission prior to the start of construction or alteration of any structure that is subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal Aviation Administration. A violation of this section is a Class 1 misdemeanor.
