§ 51a-1-11

51A-1-11. False filing as misdemeanor.No person may knowingly file or cause to be filed any statement, information, application, report, document or other form of proof with the director or the commission which is in whole or in part materially false nor may any person knowingly make or cause to be made any false entry in any book, document, record, application, information or other proof filed with the director or the commission pursuant to this title or pursuant to an order or request of the director or commission.
