51A-3-7. Applications--Fee.Any application filed pursuant to §51A-2-16 shall be delivered to the director and contain any information the director may require. The application shall be accompanied by an application fee in an amount set by the commission. In addition to the application fee, the applicant shall pay any costs associated with the public notice required in §51A-2-16. The director may assess an applicant for actual costs of processing the application if the actual costs exceed the application fee.
