51A-4-44. Financial institution and services defined.Terms used in §51A-4-45 mean:(1)'Financial institution,' a National Banking Association, Federal Savings and Loan Association having its main office in this state, or a bank established and operated under the laws of this state;(2)'Services,' receiving deposits, renewing time deposits, closing loans, servicing loans, and receiving payments on loans and other obligations.
