51A-7-26. Promulgation of rules to establish fees. The commission may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to establish the fees provided by §§51A-7-13 to 51A-7-15, inclusive, and to provide the necessary forms to administer §§51A-7-13 to 51A-7-25, inclusive.
