Promulgation of rules for challenging information entered in nationwide mortgage licensing system.The director shall establish a process through rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26 to allow mortgage loan originators and mortgage brokers to challenge information entered into the nationwide mortgage licensing system and registry by the director.
