55-3-3. Appointing court or public officer as trustor.When a trustee is appointed by a court or public officer as a trustee, the court or officer is the trustor. A court may otherwise establish or create a trust and may act as the trustor of a trust. Source: SDC 1939, §59.0202; SL 2016, ch 231, §19.
