Section 58-1-13 - Severability of provisions

Severability of provisions.If any provision of this title or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid for any reason, such invalidity shall not affect the other provisions of this title or any other application which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, all provisions of this title are declared to be severable.
