Oral communications and recordings--Electronic signatures.Except as otherwise provided by law, if an oral communication or a recording of an oral communication from a party is reliably stored and reproduced by an insurer, the oral communication or recording qualifies as a notice or document delivered by electronic means for purposes of §§58-1-27 to 58-1-39, inclusive.
