58-2-18. Additional compensation for services rendered by personnel prohibited--Misdemeanor.The director or any examiner or employee of the division shall not be given nor receive any fee, compensation, loan, gift, or other thing of value except the compensation and expense allowance provided by law, for any service rendered or to be rendered as such examiner or employee or in connection therewith.
