58-5-111. Repayment of loan by domestic insurer.Any loan pursuant to §58-5-108 or substantial portion thereof shall be repaid by the insurer, upon the director's prior approval, when no longer reasonably necessary for the purpose originally intended. Source: SL 1966, ch 111, ch 16, §34 (4).
