58-5A-80.9 . Reasonable expenses. A registered insurer subject to the provisions of §§ 58-5A-80.1 to 58-5A-80.8 , inclusive, is liable for and shall pay the reasonable expenses of the director's participation in the administration of §§ 58-5A-80.1 to 58-5A-80.8 , inclusive, including the engagement of attorneys, actuaries, and any other professionals and all reasonable travel expenses.
