Surplus to qualify to transact one or more kinds of insurance by domestic mutual and reciprocal insurers--Laws governing.As to surplus required for qualification to transact one or more kinds of insurance and thereafter to be maintained, domestic mutual insurers formed after June 30, 1966, are governed by chapters 58-5 and 58-35 and domestic reciprocal insurers formed after June 30, 1966, are governed by chapter 58-34.
