Annual reissuance of certificate not required--Annual renewal fee--Expiration of certificate.The certificate of authority issued by the director to an insurer shall not require annual reissuance but shall remain in force as long as the insurer pays the annual renewal fee provided in §58-2-29 on or before the thirtieth day of April of each year and as long as the insurer continues to meet the other requirements of this title, unless the license is otherwise revoked, suspended, or withdrawn.
