Notice to insurer and insurance producers of refusal, suspension, or revocation of certificate.Upon refusal, suspension, or revocation of an insurer's certificate of authority, the director shall forthwith give notice thereof by registered or certified mail to the insurer and to its insurance producers in this state of record in the director's office.
