Section 58-12-37 - Promulgation of rules regarding definitions and records

58-12-37. Promulgation of rules regarding definitions and records.The director may promulgate rules, pursuant to chapter 1-26, to carry out the purposes of §§58-12-31 to 58-12-37, inclusive. In promulgating rules, the director shall consider the impact of the rule on the cost and availability of insurance in this state and the degree of protection that the rule will have for the insurance buying public in this state.
