58-17-4.1. Filing and approval of individual policy premium rates.Premium rates charged for any individual accident and health insurance policy issued pursuant to this chapter shall be filed with and are subject to the approval of the director. The rates shall be filed for approval, administered, and reviewed subject to all of the applicable procedures in accordance with §§58-11-64 to 58-11-76, inclusive.
