Certain payments exempt.Payments made pursuant to federal medicare laws or payments made to the health-care provider according to a contract or agreement between an employer and employee which requires a third-party payor to pay the full amount for health-care services are exempt from §§58-17-57 to 58-17-60, inclusive.
