Coverage of proprietors, partners and executive corporate officer employees.Group health insurance, as defined in §58-18-1, is required to offer to extend health insurance coverage to proprietors, partners, and executive corporate officer employees who are participating in such group insurance in their place of employment if such proprietor, partner, or executive officer elects not to be covered under workers' compensation.
