58-18A-61. Promulgation of rules concerning coordination of health plan benefits.The director shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 to carry out the provisions of §§58-18A-53 to 58-18A-83, inclusive. In promulgating any rules, the director shall give great weight to any national standards that may exist for the coordination of benefits for plans. The rules are limited to:(1)Definition of terms;(2)Sample policy provisions; and(3)Disclosure requirements. Source: SL 2006, ch 259, §9.
