Requirements lifted from small employer carrier in financially impaired condition.No small employer carrier may be required to provide coverage to small employers pursuant to §58-18B-20, for any period of time for which the director determines that requiring the acceptance of small employers in accordance with the provisions of §58-18B-20, would place the small employer carrier in a financially impaired condition.
