58-19-42. Credit unemployment insurance separately sold and priced--Exception--Not to be required for credit card issuance or renewal.Credit unemployment insurance shall be sold separately and shall be separately priced from any other insurance offered or sold at the same time unless credit unemployment insurance is included as part of an insurance offering by a credit card issuer.
