58-22-18. Failure of applicant to pass--Subsequent examinations.The failure of an applicant to pass an examination shall not preclude him from taking subsequent examinations; provided, however, that at least one year must intervene between examinations. Source: SL 1966, ch 111, ch 31, §11.
