Section 58-22-35 - Bail bondsman or runner acting as attorney as misdemeanor

58-22-35. Bail bondsperson or runner acting as attorney prohibited--Misdemeanor.No bail bondsperson or runner may participate in the capacity of an attorney at a trial or hearing of one on whose bond such bail bondsperson or runner is surety.
