License fee submitted to director--Fingerprints and photograph of applicant.A license fee of thirty dollars shall be submitted to the director with each application for license as bail bondsperson.The applicant shall also furnish with the application, a complete set of the applicant's fingerprints and a recent credential-size full face photograph of the applicant.
