58-25-12. Issuance of contract, policy, or guarantee of insurance contrary to filings prohibited--Special risks excepted--Misdemeanor.No insurer shall make or issue any contract, policy, or guarantee of insurance except in accordance with filings approved as provided in §58-25-10, except as to special or unusual risks for which no filing has been provided in §§58-25-7 and 58-25-8.
