Reserve for outstanding losses under liability insurance and workers' compensation.An insurer shall maintain a reserve for outstanding losses under insurance against loss or damage from accident to or injuries suffered by an employee or other person and for which the insured is liable and which shall be computed as provided by §§58-26-32 to 58-26-35, inclusive.
