58-27-43. Deduction from loan of amount guaranteed by administrator of veterans' affairs.The extent to which a mortgage loan made under §58-27-36 or 58-27-37 is guaranteed by the administrator of veterans' affairs may be deducted before application of the limitations contained in §58-27-42.
