Finding of director that security designed to evade chapter--Investment or loan prohibited.In addition to investments excluded pursuant to other provisions of this title, an insurer shall not invest in or lend its funds upon the security of any investment or security which is found by the director to be designed to evade any prohibition of this chapter.
