Petition to liquidate assets of foreign or alien insurer.The conservator may at any time petition the court for an order under §§58-29B-138 to 58-29B-143, inclusive, to liquidate assets of a foreign or alien insurer under conservation, or, if appropriate, for an order under §§58-29B-145 to 58-29B-150, inclusive, to be appointed ancillary receiver.
