58-29B-28. Petition for review of order--Procedure.An insurer subject to an ex parte order under §58-29B-25 may petition the court at any time after the issuance of such order for a hearing and review of the order. The court shall hold the hearing and review the order within fifteen days of the date of the request. A hearing under this section may be held privately in chambers and it shall be so held if the insurer proceeded against so requests. Source: SL 1989, ch 436, §28.
