Prompt notification of additional information regarding termination of insurance producer.The insurer or authorized representative of the insurer shall promptly notify the director in a written or electronic format if, upon further review or investigation, the insurer discovers additional information that would have been reportable to the director in accordance with §58-30-180 had the insurer then known of its existence.
