Influencing witness testimony in examination or investigation.No insurance producer may attempt to influence a witness to decline to testify or to testify falsely or withhold any testimony, information, document, or thing in any examination or investigation by the division or hearing pursuant to Title 58 if the insurance producer has prior notice of the examination, investigation, or hearing.
