Appointment of insurance producer by insurer--Filing with director--Statement of kinds of insurance to be transacted--Payment of fee--Reasons for denying appointment.The director may deny an appointment or withhold processing an appointment for reasons of protection of the public health, welfare, or safety including the following:(1)The insurance producer to be appointed is not properly licensed; or(2)A notice of hearing from the Division of Insurance seeking revocation or suspension of the insurance producer or insurer has been issued.
