58-33-13.2. Definition of sex or marital status discrimination terms.When used in this section and §58-33-13.1:(1)'Contract' means any insurance policy, plan, or binder, including any rider or endorsement thereto offered by an insurer;(2)'Insurer' means any insurance company, association, reciprocal or inter-insurance exchange, nonprofit hospital plan, nonprofit professional health service plan, health maintenance organization, fraternal benefit society, or beneficial association.
