Required disclosures to be clear and conspicuous.Any information required to be disclosed by rules promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall be set out conspicuously and in close conjunction with the statements to which the information relates or under appropriate captions of such prominence that it does not minimize, render obscure, present in an ambiguous fashion, or intermingle with the context of the advertisement so as to be confusing or misleading.
