58-41-36. Unfair and misleading information in evidence of coverage as misdemeanor.No evidence of coverage shall contain provisions or statements which are unjust, unfair, inequitable, misleading, or deceptive, as defined in §§58-41-37 to 58-41-40, inclusive.
