58-41-50. Authorized expenses.Authorized expenses of health maintenance organizations include:(1)Cash rebates to enrollees, or to persons who have made payments on behalf of enrollees;(2)Free or reduced cost health service to enrollees; or(3)Payments to providers or other persons based upon the efficient provision of services or as incentives to provide quality care.
