58-41-86.1. Suspension without notice or hearing.The director of the Division of Insurance may, without advance notice or a hearing thereon, immediately suspend the certificate of authority of a health maintenance organization as to which proceedings for receivership, conservatorship, rehabilitation, or other delinquency proceedings have been commenced in any state by the public supervisory official of such state. Proceedings in such actions shall be conducted in accordance with §§58-6-49 to 58-6-61, inclusive. Source: SL 1985, ch 393, §12.
