58-48-12. Record keeping by participants. The director shall establish reporting requirements for each participant, including information about consumer complaints. A participant shall retain records, documents, and data produced in the course of business regarding an innovative insurance product or service subject to a waiver for a period of five years after the waiver has terminated.A participant shall make its records, documents, and data available for inspection by the director immediately upon request.
