6-8B-44. Recital of authority for issuance--Incontestability after delivery for value.Any resolution, ordinance, or other instrument may provide that each refunding bond shall recite that it is issued pursuant to this chapter. The recital shall conclusively impart full compliance with §§6-8B-30 to 6-8B-52, inclusive.
