6-16-8. Promulgation of rules.The State Board of Elections may promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 concerning:(1)The petition form for the formation of a special district;(2)The notice of election; and(3)The nominating petition.The petition form and notice of election shall include a description of the proposed district boundaries.
