Free employment service--Acceptance of federal provisions.The Department of Labor and Regulation shall establish and maintain free public employment offices in such number and in such places as may be necessary for the proper administration of this chapter and for the purpose of performing such duties as are provided by 29 U.S.C. paragraph 49 c, as amended through July 1, 1999. These provisions of federal law are hereby accepted by this state. The Department of Labor and Regulation is designated as the agency of this state that is to cooperate with the federal government pursuant to this federal law.
