Fees for services not permitted--Violation as misdemeanor--Disqualification from office.No fees direct or indirect may be charged or received from any person seeking the benefits of this chapter. Any person that violates the provisions of this section commits a Class 2 misdemeanor and is thereafter disqualified from holding any office or position in the department.
