60-14-1. Definition of terms.Terms used in this chapter mean:(1)'Applicant,' any person seeking employment as a nanny;(2)'Employer,' any person seeking to employ or employing a nanny;(3)'Nanny,' any person who provides child care and sometimes light housekeeping in the home of the child;(4)'Nanny agency,' or 'agency,' any person or firm who for a fee undertakes to bring potential nannies and employers together for the purpose of entering into an employment contract.
