Information confidential--Use by claimant at hearing--Violation as misdemeanor.No information obtained under §61-3-2 or 61-3-3 may be published or open to public inspection other than to public employees in the performance of their public duties in any manner revealing the employing unit's identity, but any claimant at a hearing before the Department of Labor and Regulation shall be supplied with information from such records to the extent necessary for the proper presentation of the claimant's claim. Any employee or officer of the Department of Labor and Regulation who violates any of the provisions of this section commits a Class 2 misdemeanor.
