Employee's agreement to pay employer's contributions void-- Deduction from wages prohibited--Violation as misdemeanor.Any agreement by any individual in the employ of any person or concern to pay all or any portion of an employer's contributions, required under this title from such employer, is void.No employer may directly or indirectly make or require or accept any deduction from wages to finance the employer's contributions required from the employer. Any employer or officer or agent of an employer who shall directly or indirectly require any contribution from any such person in violation of this section or who shall directly or indirectly make or require or accept any deduction from wages to finance the employer's contributions required by this title commits a Class 2 misdemeanor.
