Written request to stop payments--Fraud--Injury outside of employment.An employer, an employer's insurer or a fellow employee may submit a written request to the Department of Labor and Regulation to terminate, modify, or temporarily stop payments to a claimant because the requester has reason to believe that a worker's compensation claim has been paid under fraudulent conditions or that the injury did not arise out of or in the course of the employment.
