Disability or death due to employee's willful misconduct, willful self-exposure, or disobedience not compensable.Notwithstanding anything contained in this chapter, no employee or dependent of any employee, or personal representative of a deceased employee, or other person is entitled to receive compensation for disability or death from an occupational disease if the disability or death, wholly or in part, was caused by the willful misconduct or willful self-exposure of the employee or by the employee's disobedience to reasonable regulations adopted by the employer, that have been and are kept posted in conspicuous places in and about the premises of the employer, or otherwise brought to the attention of the employee.
