7-2-1.4. Submission of consolidation plan to vote.When the report and the map have been received by the board of county commissioners for each of the affected counties, each board must, at their regular July meeting following the presentation of the report, provide that the study committee's county consolidation plan be submitted to a vote at the next general election following the presentation of the report.
